The Proformance Waffle Half Zip is a class act. An innovative design made with SECAO®, a recycled polyester that carries cacao husk into the yarn, it features a stunning lattice texture, opulent hand feel and a flattering shallow curved hem. The top is designed to be a more tailored take on a casual hoodie, with front hoodie style pockets, a half height zip and a structured funnel neck to sharpen the look.
Featuring the PRO | ORA logo vertically down the upper back centre in incense and our signature Tri-mark in Black Beauty, Incense and White Onyx on the right shoulder.

The Fabric
What chocolate leaves behind.
Recycled polyester, carrying cacao husk. Plastic that had already been made once, and the shell that chocolate throws away. Nothing in this fabric was grown or drilled to make it.
- 01 Post-consumer plastic is recovered and spun into polyester
- 02 Cacao husk is recovered from chocolate production
- 03 SECAO® technology carries the husk into the yarn
- No virgin input. Two waste streams, and nothing new taken out of the ground for either.
- The waffle does the work. A deep lattice structure gives the piece its texture and its body.
- Soft, and heavier than it looks. A cotton-like handle with real weight behind it.
100% recycled polyester with SECAO® technology, a patented process from GrandeTex that carries cacao husk into the yarn. It is a synthetic, so it will not biodegrade and it sheds microfibres in the wash like any synthetic. We say so on the fabric page.
