Order Processing

We aim to process all orders within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays).
During peak periods, new product drops, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship from the UK to:

  • United Kingdom

  • Europe

  • Rest of World

Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address, parcel size/weight, and chosen service.

We currently offer:

United Kingdom

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders over £100

  • Standard Shipping (orders under £100): calculated at checkout

  • Express options may be available depending on your delivery location

Europe

  • Standard international shipping: calculated at checkout

Rest of World

  • Standard international shipping: calculated at checkout

Any free-shipping promotions or sitewide offers will be clearly displayed and applied automatically at checkout when you qualify.


Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.

United Kingdom

  • Standard: 2–4 business days

  • Express: 1–2 business days (if available)

Europe

  • Standard: 3–7 business days

Rest of World

  • Standard: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are provided by our carriers and may vary due to customs, local postal delays, or other factors outside our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where available).
If you haven’t received tracking within 3 business days, please email hello@pro-ora.com with your order number.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes, or handling fees determined by your local customs authority.

  • These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping rates unless explicitly shown at checkout.

  • You are responsible for paying any customs fees needed to release your parcel.

If unsure, we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.


Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order.

We cannot take responsibility for:

  • Delays or failed deliveries caused by incomplete/incorrect addresses

  • Orders returned due to non-collection

If your order is returned to us, we can either:

  • Reship it to the correct address (additional shipping charges may apply), or

  • Refund the order minus original shipping charges once the parcel is back with us.


Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

If your order is lost, heavily delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@pro-ora.com.

Include your:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Any relevant photos (for damaged parcels)

We’ll work with our delivery partner to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.


Pre-Orders & Back-Orders (If Applicable)

If we offer pre-order items, estimated dispatch dates will be shown on the product page.

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, we may ship everything together unless otherwise stated.
