Gift Card Terms and Conditions

These gift card terms apply to PRO | ORA gift cards. Gift cards are issued by Pro Era Ltd, trading as PRO | ORA, registered in England and Wales, company no. 15663823, registered office 2 Cuddington Court, The Green, Aylesbury, Bucks HP18 0DT ("we", "us", "our").

1. Using your gift card

Gift cards can only be used to buy products on pro-ora.com. They can't be used in other shops, on other websites or to buy other gift cards.

You can use your gift card over several orders until the balance runs out. If your order costs more than the gift card balance, you can pay the difference with another payment method at checkout.

2. Expiry

Gift cards are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date is stated on the gift card. Any balance left after the expiry date will be lost.

3. No cash alternative

Gift cards can't be exchanged for cash, and we don't give change on any unused balance, except where the law requires us to.

4. Lost or stolen gift cards

Please treat your gift card like cash. We can't replace a lost or stolen gift card unless we can verify the purchase and the gift card has not been used. If we do replace it, the replacement will have the same balance and expiry date.

5. Refunds on orders paid by gift card

If you return or cancel an order that was paid for with a gift card, the amount paid by gift card will be refunded to the gift card. Any amount paid by another method will be refunded to that method.

6. Cancelling a gift card you have bought

If you buy a gift card online, you can cancel it within 14 days of purchase as long as it has not been used, and we will refund you in full. To cancel, email us at hello@pro-ora.com with your order number.

7. Fraud and misuse

We may cancel or suspend a gift card, or refuse to accept it, if we reasonably believe it has been obtained or used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will not affect the value or expiry date of gift cards already issued.

9. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction, so if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
